WHY ARE THE COSTS OF SHIPPING HIGH TO EUROPE/OVERSEAS?
We are located in CANADA and we use CANADA POST as our mail service. We looked into UPS, FEDEX, etc., and CANADA POST is still the cheapest mail service we have available, and unfortunately the overseas charges tend to be on the high side.
Our shipping volume benefits only from a very small shipping rebate. The shipping fee you are presented with at checkout is the real shipping charges submitted directly by Canada Post servers. We do not take additional fee over their charge for shipping.
You can save on shipping when you order multiple orders, such as ordering multiple photo books instead of just one or two. We encourage you to test with different volumes in your order to see how much shipping you save on bulk orders.
OUR POLICY ON CANCELLATIONS, RETURN/EXCHANGE, and REFUNDS:
Cancellations: Contact us should you wish to cancel your order. Cancellations will be accepted only if order has not shipped out already.
Return/Exchange: We do not accept return/exchange. We may send a new article if the package was damaged in mail transport (see details bellow regarding mail service damage).
Refunds: We may refund if the package was damaged in mail transport (see details bellow regarding mail service damage).
MAIL TRANSPORT ARTICLE DAMAGE:
Should the article you purchased be damaged by mail transport, please contact us with photos of the damaged article(s) AND the damaged package. Articles shipped via Expedited, Tracked Packet, and Express shipping services are insured; we will be able to either refund your transaction, or send you a replacement article (if available). Regular Air Mail and Surface (Boat) are not insured, and we will not be able to help you with damaged articles. Mail Services that contain insurance are clearly identified during checkout.
